Governance
TrueSense has established a corporate governance and oversight process whereby leaders from compliance, internal audit and risk management meet quarterly with TrueSense’s executive committee. These regular checks ensure company leadership is aware of key risks and related risk mitigation efforts, drive alignment with the company’s strategic priorities, and help protect shareholder interests.
TrueSense prohibits all forms of corruption, including bribery, and we abide by all anti-corruption laws in every country we do business. We have robust anti-corruption guidelines that include a global Anti-Corruption Policy and other compliance procedures and controls designed to minimize the potential for corruption in TrueSense’s global business dealings.
At TrueSense we have a strong “Speak Up” culture, which helps us handle issues and address problems in a timely manner, building trust with one another and with our customers, suppliers and business partners and protecting the company from legal, financial and reputational risks. Employees are encouraged to be transparent and voice concerns or ask questions through multiple channels, including by talking with their supervisors and within the organization.
